User freischalten

Ein User möchte in meine prvate Community. Aber ich bekomme ihn nicht freigeschaltet. Es funktioniert nicht. Was mache ich falsch? Kann mir bitte jemand helfen.

das ist eigentlich ganz einfach,
gehe in deine community
klicke auf den user,
dann erscheint ein blaues fenster und
dort wählst freischalten aus
