chuck104462 yrsNothing happens. In the locker room for my gym, about 4 to 6 other guys have at least one nipple pierced, and one or two have a prince Albert. That is normal visuals in a NYC gym locker room. If somebody came in with multiple 'ladder piercings' then we may have a reaction.
